WhatsApp New Feature "Blue Tick" When Your Message Has Been Read

WhatsApp does not have an option to tell you when your message has been read. It tells you when it has been delivered, but it just means that the person’s phone is on or data packet is on, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that they have opened your message.

"I am getting the blue ticks in normal chats. I guessed may be it is when the person reads it. However, it is happening only when I chat with one user and not others."

 "Two blue ticks means message was read. If you press and hold on the message with the blue tick and tap info, WhatsApp will also give you the time the message was delivered and the time it was read. In a group chat the blue tick happens when everyone in the group read the message."
