Deeply disturbed by verbal violence in AIB roast: Aamir Khan

The Indian version of Roast – the All India Bakchod (AIB) Knockout hosted by Karan Johar may well be called AIB Knockoff. A roast is a fun and comic way of intelligently offending people but also makes you laugh.
But this show was very vulgar according to critics and this type of show was never done in India.
Aamir said: The 'roast' was popular with several youngsters, he said, was no justification for defending what is wrong. "Everybody has the right to air their opinions. In my opinion, it was not funny. I am not a kid that I will laugh listening to abuses. I am way past that age. I scolded both Karan and Arjun, who are my friends, and told them that I do not find it funny at all."

He continued: "I have also made a film like Delhi Belly which got an A certificate. I myself have gone out telling people it's an adult film."
